We gladly invite fellow editors and editing students from Hamilton, St. Catharines, Burlington, Oakville, Milton, and surrounding communities to join us!

If you’re looking for a friendly and supportive group of professional peers, this is the group for you. As a chapter of Editors Canada, Editors Hamilton-Halton offers local members opportunities for professional development, networking, and socializing. Upcoming Events and Activities

Webinar Club — April 22 (members only). We choose an Editors Canada recorded webinar to watch as a group, then host a virtual discussion afterward. A 50% discount on the webinar cost is available to each member.

In-person meetup — 10:00am, Saturday May 10. Williams Fresh Cafe, 1250 Brant Street.

AGM — June. Date TBD.

In an effort to accommodate a variety of schedules and geographic locations, we try to plan a hybrid delivery of events. Meetups generally alternate between in-person and virtual delivery.
